At 5 am on Dec. 24, a fire broke out at a Valero energy refinery plant in Texas City. This is the second time this month there has been an explosion at the plant.
No one was hurt in this fire because emergency responders were able to put the main fire out in about 15 minutes. Earlier this month a worker was killed at this plant after a boiler failed. Neighbors to the area are becoming concerned. The two incidents are happened in different locations, but both are still being investigated.
