Two workers killed in propane explosion

A propane explosion at Ferrell gas in Auburn left two workers dead.

When the fire department was called to the scene it was discovered that two workers were missing. A truck and nearby propane tanks were engulfed in flames.

After the flames were extinguished by the fire department, the two missing workers were found on the drivers side of the truck that had been in flames.

The men were working to move the propane tanks when the fire broke out. Officials say that the explosion looks like an accident.

Propane explosions can happen suddenly and leave devastating effects on all involved. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the two victims.
