A fuel tank explosion two years ago is leading to a lawsuit from an employee who was injured in the explosion.

The man filed the suit against Fuel & Lube LLC, Cortez Investments LLC and Cortez Enterprises Inc for negligence, malice and premises liability.The complaint states that the man has pain in his ears, knee, and head after the explosion. The suit was filed in Galveston County on July 14.
