An Oregon home was destroyed after a propane tank from their barbecue grill exploded.
The blast took out the entire back portion of the house. Fire officials said that the fire occurred at 5:41 p.m. and flames rose to about 20 feet into the air. The family of three was able to escape out the front door, but four pets were killed in the fire.
The explosion occurred when the father walked inside after he began shutting the machine down. A few minutes later, they heard a loud boom. Firefighters were able to save some clothing from the fire, but most other possessions were destroyed.
